In 2017, he joined Barcelona in West Hartford as a Sous Chef, bringing his innovative techniques and mastery of local and seasonal ingredients to our kitchen. He honed his skills and creativity as the opening Executive Chef at a local farm-to-table bistro, creating a Spanish menu infused with local New England ingredients.
